N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTwo of our children attended Cottonwood from Kindergarten until second grade. We transferred to Mesquite but we liked Cottonwood a lot better. The parent-teacher communication was far better. Cottonwood teachers answer their emails the same day and don't make you feel strange for asking what your child's strengths and weaknesses are. "River is great for them to play but too many bad dog owners let their dogs off leash and it causes issues. Lots of restaurants are dog friendly. "

"It’s very rural. You can use the bus but it won’t take you far. You have to drive for most things such as a target etc. "

"I've lived in Cottonwood for almost 5 years. Our neighborhood is a mini subdivision made up of be 48 homes plus the pool and clubhouse properties. That's unique. It's like a gated community yet open to the public. With 2 culdesacs it's very private, and all the homes are well kept."

"Not a lot of pride in how the homes look in this Neighborhood. Yards overgrown and a lot of junk and trash around. Constant speeding up and down this residential neighborhood road. The City doesn't seem to care. "

"Chocolate walk, downtown Halloween day old town businesses having trick or treat for the kids on Halloween. Thunder Valley Rally for all the motorcycle enthusiasts. Planet fitness is walking distance from our neighborhood, Futch Brother's will be opening soon."
