The home is equipped with a contemporary large refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size washer/dryer. The bathroom has a large free standing tub in addition to a separate shower and large sink vanity. The TV has an array of channels and a DVD player. Parking for 2-3 vehicles. All utilities are included in the rent. No pets allowed.

Lease requirements: Qualified tenant will provide fully refundable damage deposit of $500, cleaning fee of $200 and the monthly rent. Rent is inclusive of all utilities. Just lease and enjoy at a price far less than a hotel for so much more! Lease Term is 1-5 months.
