Tallerico Subdivision Plat 84-251recorded land full commercial in 1984. It is documented on page 2 on Tallerico Subdivision plat notes. The land was RE-SUBDIVIDED IN 2008 into Tracts G1 and G2 and F1 because of the vacations of W. Hastings Drive.. Most all of the Commercial Tracts E, F, and G on the original subdivision plat 84-251 can now be seen on Tallerico Subdivision Plat 2009-30. W. Hastings road was vacated. This land was re-plated for a possible Large commercial tract with the new tract E,F1, G1 AND G2 if combined formerly known as E,F and G from plat 84-251.. This is all documented in Wasilla City council memorandum AM No 08-23.
I have owned this land since 1995 and have done business on it since 1999 to current year.

It just all part of trying to hide this land as a residential home and create a flase resiential which is an absolutle lie.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to this school the first years that it opened and now my children have and are still going through this school. I had no problems with the school, and the teachers my daughter had, were very enthusiastic and good at working and challenging her where she was above efficiency and needed "more". She is now entering high school with a " high honor" status and earned 2 of her high school credits/classes during her 8th grade year. Sure, there were a couple teachers I would avoid having my kids with, but that is typical in any school. Overall, Snowshoe is great. I've noticed since the new "Machentanz School" was completed, people/teachers seemed to have started bad-mouthing Snowshoe and its competency. That seems to be a trend in the valley. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a Burchell High School graduate. I was very reserved when I was in high school, which led to me being severely bullied at Colony High School. At Burchell I found a supportive environment, caring staff, and the freedom to study my areas of interest independently. The staff involved themselves with my education to a point that was truly impressive. They care a great deal and it shows. Burchell has a reputation for being a slacker school, but it is just the opposite: staff here expect all students to exert themselves. While attending Burchell I was able to hold a part-time job and also take college classes thanks to their flexible scheduling policies, and thanks to this school I was accepted to a prestigious foreign exchange program just after I graduated. "We have lived in this area for 13 years. I could not think of a better place to raise children. The neighborhood is quiet and the bus stop can be seen from the front door. Neighbors take pride in thier properties. And wildlife have been known to roam through from time to time. We are still within the city limits but the feeling one gets is a laid back life style. Over all terrific place to be."
