Beautiful home located in the hills of Fairbanks. Close to UAF and the trails systems. The deck is large and offers plenty of space for those quiet summer nights. There is plenty of room for parking right off of the paved pull through driveway. The fenced in yard is a gardeners dream with a green house and planter boxes. There is an added little bonus of a mini golf course and built in horse shoe pit! The house is positioned for the nice southern exposure for the ultimate natural light. Inside offers a wet bar for entertaining and a spacious master suite with a jacuzzi tub, shower AND a sauna. The kitchen features solid surface counter tops with plenty of storage and beautiful grey scale design. The laundry room has a space of its own as well! Do not miss out on this one!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur two children that have attended Pearl Creek have absolutely loved it. The teachers are heavily involved. The classes aren't oversized. There are many extracurricular activities for them to participate in. It even has its own outdoor ice skating rink and cross country ski trail system. I can't think of a better place for my girls to go to school and am thankful for the excellent school administration and staff.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 1820 Kittiwake Dr.

What Locals Say about Fairbanks
- Jessica

"Neighborhood is wonderful! Close to Ft. Wainwright (about a 5min drive to the back gate that is open from 0500 to 2000) as well as Eilson AFB (about 25min away). Contrary to other reviewer's post, this neighborhood is on the other side of town from Pioneer Park, movie theatre, and the correctional facilities. It's a quiet, family friendly neighborhood where everyone keeps to themselves but waves when you're out and about. "

"Love this neighborhood! Right next to Ft. Wainwright's back gate (so less traffic getting on to base), 5 minute drive to the city and close to all the amenities (Fred Meyer and Costco are 4-5 min drive away), restaurants within walking distance, and friendly neighbors. Neighborhood has several children and everyone looks out for each other. "
