SAN FRANCISCO CA – MARCH 5th, 2014 – Trulia (NYSE: TRLA), a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, real estate agents, and brokers, has entered into a direct data license with The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS), to provide brokers the ability to send listings directly to Trulia. With over 30,000 subscribers, ARMLS is the largest MLS in Arizona and the sixth largest MLS in the United States.

“As the authoritative source of real estate data in Arizona, ARMLS works to provide its subscribers with the highest quality data and service,” said Matt Consalvo, CEO of ARMLS. “By partnering with Trulia, our members can have their listing data updated in near real time.”

This agreement is part of Trulia’s ongoing commitment to work in partnership with the industry. Trulia’s goal is to display the most accurate data possible for the 35 million monthly unique visitors searching on Trulia’s website and mobile apps.  More than 60 MLSs have structured arrangements with Trulia to provide their members’ listings to Trulia, including many of the top MLSs across the country.
