TRULIA AND CNNMONEY EXTEND LONGSTANDING PARTNERSHIP, PROVIDING ACCESS TO MILLIONS OF REAL ESTATE LISTINGS AND LOCAL STATS

SAN FRANCISCO, August 20, 2012 – Trulia and CNNMoney today announced the continuation of their partnership, marking the third year that Trulia will serve as the exclusive provider of real estate search and data to CNNMoney, one of the world’s top destinations for in-depth coverage of the housing market and breaking financial news. CNNMoney will continue to incorporate Trulia’s real estate marketplace, local stats, trends and analysis into the website’s deep editorial content to help users understand exactly what is happening in local markets across the country.

“Teaming up with CNNMoney enables Trulia to provide the inside scoop to an even wider audience of homebuyers, sellers and owners,” said Pete Flint, co-founder and CEO. “Extending our partnership strengthens our commitment to helping people make smarter real estate decisions by providing vital house hunting tools and local insights about neighborhoods and towns across America.”

Trulia and CNNMoney will continue to power their co-branded website, which allows people to find homes for sale and refine their search results based on core criteria, including upcoming open houses, neighborhood, price, property type and new listings alongside CNNMoney’s in-depth real estate coverage. Additionally, Trulia serves as the exclusive provider of real estate data for MONEY’s annual “Best Places to Live” list, released today. Carmel, Indiana was named the best small city to live in in America.

“Providing our readers with an in-depth and comprehensive experience is crucial. Our partnership with Trulia complements our ongoing coverage of the housing recovery,” said Chris Peacock, Executive Editor and Vice President of CNNMoney.
