"It’s easy to commute to local market or Portland for shopping. Traffic on I-5 and I-205 mostly are bad during rush hour though."
  • Trulia User
"This place is amazing to live, I’ve lived here for 15 years and it has never displeased me in anyway."
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful neighborhood, well kept homes. Lots of sidewalks to walk your dog plus a receptacle for waste. "
  • Trulia User
"There are several nice parks in the area and nice sidewalks for being able to walk your dog a variety of places and a decent distance"
  • Loretta P.
"Good place to live and quiet for the most part. Most people stay to themselves but it’s a good place to raise kids"
  • Erica A.
"I do not have a dog, but there is no dog park in the area. The backyards are small in the area. I see some people walking dogs, but as somebody that does not own any I wish the owners would pick up their dog mess! "

"-There are sooooo many rules that the HOA has listed. They do outside inspections like every month to make sure your house looks exactly how they want it to. VERY PICKY and you need to ask permission to do even the smallest things like trimming a bush that’s on your property. -nobody picks up after their dogs so it gets annoying when taking walks"

"There are so many parks and schools nearby to walk to and hangout. Also, unique from most suburbs, Felida has 4-5 restaurants within walking distance of most homes. If you can't walk to the nearby coffee shop, eatery, or tap house, it's less than a 5 min drive."
  • Deborah J.
"I've lived in Felida for 40 years, one of two grown children moved back here, it is the best neighborhood in Vancouver. it has grown a lot, but is still close knit."
  • Nicole S.
"It's about 10 min to the 5 or 205 in either direction. It's a close commute, but you can experience traffic during rush hour. "
  • N. Duke
"Longer than normal to hit the freeway or head out of the Salmon Creek bubble but this community is my home so I can deal with the speed bumps and school zones. "
  • Saraannelens
"We have the best trails to go for hikes while walking you dogs . Expect to wave hello while passing other hikers !! Love this area !! "
