"It is advertised as pet friendly, but if you apply to view or talk to staff you will be denied because you have pets. It will also show you that pets are not allowed on the link. False advertising and extremely misleading information. Would not recommend for pet owners. "

"no where to walk your dog or for them to run and play near by. there is plenty of shopping and restaurants near"

"I live n a rv park drug addicts in the back of the park but nice in the front convenient to everything "

"there is a lot of homeless traffic in the area, I always am hearing police sirens, and there seems to be a lot of car prowling with the C-Tran bus station in the neighborhood. it is too expensive for the local demographic. the area also seems a little light-complected. "

"There was a couple neighborly events that happen. I didn’t get to attend because of work, but thought it was nice to be invited. "

"Retired so I have no commute. If I did I would work locally rather than commute to Portland, which is horrible. Now, going northbound would be very acceptable. "

"Halloween is the best around here everyone decorated and hands out candy. A few nice parks in the area as well. Close to grocery stores and places to eat also. "
  • William W.
"This is our 5th year here. Friendly neighbors, quiet evenings. A dead end helps keep traffic to a minimum. No HOA, but yet most all the neighbors take pride in their yards. The only reason we’d move is is if the taxes get too prohibited or if one of us passes, it may become too much of a financial burden for just one of us."

"With the protected wetlands just beyond our back yard we have that country atmosphere in the middle of town. Great ball park just a block away. Quiet, family-oriented neighborhood."

"I'd personally stick to the Portland area. The people are friendlier. But, if you are forced into Vancouver, this area is nice. "

"Parade of Bands & Fire Dept open house. Fireworks and Christmas trees lol. Lots of food and shopping nearby too. "

"Small yards. But there are a few dog parks in the area. Dogs in the neighborhood are friendly and are not barkers. "
  • Mallory m.
"Very close to everything? Grocery stores, minute marts, every kind of food, close to freeways, in a decent neighborhood, never had any issues myself with crime or discomfort"
  • Eric H.
"nice and friendly people. you can get to Walmart and winco by walking to them. there are even some parks near by that you can drive to "
  • Joshua D.
"I live here and I love it!"

"Great quiet location!!!! There are numerous families living here with retirees. Its a great cobo vs the newer cookie cutter homes out there. These homes are built stronger and the neighborhood drama just doesn't happen"
