"Very close (under 7 min each) to I5, I90 and 520. Could not be more central for those commuting to the east side or to downtown. "

"The neighborhood is pretty shy of kids. Mostly an older generation/retirement type neighborhood. Lots of dogs and a couple parks though. And very safe/low crime in my experience. "

"Seafair in the summer and block parties in the spring/summer months. Very safe and dog friendly neighborhood "

"Not sure I don’t do neighborhood events. Only lived here 6 months. Close to downtown so probably those events. And near water so easy to watch sea fair event!"

"I've lived in Judkins area for almost 2.5 years now and I love it. Easy access to trail, great quite neighborhood. You can hop on I-90 and head to the east side or take local roads to capitol hill or pioneer square. Haven't had a single issue in terms of safety or noise."
  • Daniel B.
"This is a neighborhood where people look out after each other, but do not bother you if you want some privacy. "
  • Edie P.
"This home has been remodeled keeping the character and charm of a 1923 bungalow preserving the period details with updates for todays lifestyle. Wonderful Madrona neighborhood, great yard."
