"Great off leash dog park nearby, with beautiful walking trails with dogs on leashes. Trash receptacles all over for depositing poop bags, and publicly provided bag dispensers along the trail."

"Great area, low crime, nice clean upkept houses. Lots of rental houses have up to six or seven cars, but most have driveways and carports for parking. Dry and warm in summer, cold and damp in the winter. Most houses in this area have no insulation, so figure that in on your heating bill"

"Lots of dogs and dog walkers around this area. Great park nearby, full of trails around the lake and the blueberry farm. A dog is a great start on getting a conversation going with the neighbors."

"Relatively safe, not much crime, quiet neighborhood. Some shopping locally, and plenty of shopoppurtunity nearby. Not the most friendly area, the Seattle freeze is in Bellevue as well. Next door neighbors are friendly if the see you often, but get where you are not recognized and they will not greet you or make eye contact."

"The area is near some of the schools my children attend to, where we live at the moment is a little farther. That area is also very close to our jobs and family. We’d love to be there and try and be friendly with the neighborhood. "

"We have lived here in the area for a couple years. The area is very nice and fairly quiet. We haven’t heard of any recent crimes in the area. If we could afford to buy in the area, this would be our first look. "

"I've lived here for 10 years. One unique thing us that the elementary school and middle school are neighborhood schools. They are on a residential street with houses across the street. Many of the kids live within walking distance. This gives parents a real sense of community. "

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children are bright and brilliant, but were somewhat languishing in there previous schools. When I asked about their day, there were a lot of shrugs. Now a Jewish day school, every day is excitement, joy, delight. As a parent, I don’t have to tell anyone how that feels. It’s truly incredible. We are so grateful that our children get to attend the school. The entire staff is absolutely unbelievable.Parent Review2y ago32 Reviews - Tzu Chi Academy Seattle
