As a parent at Lake Hills Elementary, my family’s experience has been extremely challenging and emotionally exhausting. While there are staff members who genuinely care about students, we have often felt unheard and unsupported when trying to advocate for our child’s educational and behavioral needs

My son is on an IEP and I feel very supported by the specialty teachers here. During an ongoing pandemic, it's been tough to maneuver, but this school has done an excellent job. Claim they have their hands tied but I have never hear so much swearing in the classroom. His teachers were so kind, nurturing, and truly invested in each child’s growth. As a mom of a child with allergies, I was especially impressed with how intentional and safe the staff were—always communicating and making sure he was well cared for. I couldn’t be more thankful.
