"4min. rather a short simple ride down Bellevue way and northup. very convenient ride and I dont have to deal with much traffic because I dont ever get on the highway. which is great because the highway traffic is a nightmare."

"I just moved to Apple Valley 8 months ago and am continued to be amazed by the convenience factor every day. A grocery trip is usually couple steps away. No need to drive or worried about finding park spots anymore. "

"Yes. I lived in this neighborhood. We raised our kids there, and moved to the neighborhood just to give our kids a great education in the public schools. This is a walking neighborhood. You can walk to everything, even three hospitals. There are lots of parks, with tennis courts, kids toys, picnic areas and ball fields. "

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis place is run like a DAYCARE not a real school. If that's that you're looking for, it's average, with a ridiculous amount of days closed (some planned other last minute because they can't get operate like a real institution). We went here for Kindergarten to 2nd grade. It's a terrible run place with incompetent teachers who simply don't care, with matching administration. There are a couple decent teachers and staff but unfortunately in early childhood (daycare) setting. If you want your child to be in a loving environment where they're learning, this is NOT the place for you. Save the headache and go elsewhere.Parent Review1y ago - Cedar Crest Academy Elementary - Bellewood

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCedar Crest Academy is a phenomenal school. Their online program has been a huge success and I've seen a huge growth in my daughter's academic and social skills. The teachers and staff are dedicated to each individual student and adapt to fit each child's needs. This is a vast difference from the public schools in the area. My other child attended CCA and then switched to the gifted program and we are unhappy with the decision. Next year, we are seriously contemplating sending both kids to Cedar Crest. Cedar Crest's unique curriculum allows kids to flourish academically and also gives them real-world skills (i.e., how to problem solve, public speaking skills, leadership opportunities). My children have loved attending clubs where, among other things, they learn outdoor adventure skills, learn about wildlife, learn yoga, and study countries around the world.
