    "Now that the new shops are up and the Rt1 (Jeff. Davis Hwy) is being expanded, this area is top on my list of great places to live. I like that it's convenient to the military installations, shopping, and schools. The community is mostly military personnel so it feels a lot safer and cleaner than most areas in the VA/DC area. The homes are beautiful and continues to become a hot spot for entertainment with all of the money the city is putting into Woodbridge, VA. It's a nice place to live and is going to be even better with all of the improvements being put in place by the city for a long time to come."

    "Lived in this area for about four years. Mostly quiet. Pretty friendly. Safe area due to watchful homeowners. Everyone trys to mantain their front yards. Very kid and pet friendly people."

    "This area is very up and coming. Currently in this community you have a nice mix of both young and old. With the newly opened Town Center with in walking distance this area has become a desirable place to live."

    "This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is pet friendly and the schools are outstanding. Having Wegman's grocery store less than a mile away is a big PLUS as well as being so close to the 95 freeway. The VRE is two miles from this neighborhood. This is the most convenient neighborhood for commuting and raising a family."
