    "My kids schools are only a 5 minute drive. We're 5 min from I-95 and the commuter lots, 20 min. from D.C. via HOV lanes. Shopping is all within a 10 min drive. I've known my neighbors for about 6 years now. They're good people. It's a very convenient and safe neighborhood. The clubhouse is fantastic. The HOA payments are reasonable. Minimal yardwork. We love it! "

    "I live in the Potomac Club community and you won't find a community of closer neighbors than this. I imagine Datbruce was probably the type that didn't speak to people. In order to make friends, you must show yourself to be friendly. This is a young community and it comes with a host of amenities... gated community, clubhouse with 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), state-of-the-art gym, business center, etc. Its across the street from Wegmans and there's a new shopping center developing there. This community is an investment. Of course there's traffic, but what do you expect for the DC area? It comes with the territory!"
