    "Great area about 5 minutes from shockoe bottom. About 15 minutes from VCU/MCV. Walking distance to clubs, resturants, bars, shopping centers, and business line. Very quiet area of the city. 5 minutes from Forest hill. Born and raised in there area and my family has lived here for over 55 years."
