    "I’ve lived here for 4 years - the location is great it’s within walking distance to lots of shops and there will be a Whole Foods within a five minute walk by the end of 2018. Most neighbors are nice. However, the neighborhood can be loud at night, there are trains that pass through daily, and we are close to the squirrels stadium that has fireworks often during their season. "

Easy walk to Kroger, Lowes, Sugar Shack Donuts, VCU Acedemic Campus, VUU, Redskins training camp, Movieland Bow-Tie Cinemas, night life. Active urban environment, friendly and accessible. One block from the Governor's School, and from Broad Street bus routes. Convenient to The Diamond, I-95, I-64 and the connected expressway systems."
