Wonderful elementary school. Great teachers and great administrators. We love how dedicated the teachers and staff are and also how the school works to support all speeds and types of learners with group rotations within each grade level. We’ve had three children here that have definitely benefited from this approach.

I’m not sure if it’s permissible for me to write a review but I work at a local facility that caters to children in Marshall Virginia and I can always tell when a kid goes to mountain side by a considerable lack of social development and a noticeable lack in basic reading comprehension and in some cases even number and letter comprehension. It has become a saddening joke at my workplace among our staff that we’ll guess which kids go to mountain side with shocking accuracy.
