    "It was once a quiet neighborhood with modest homes and friendly neighbors, but over the years and with urbanization the charm has been eroded by large, out of place "Craftsman" McMansions, crime levels have risen and homelessness in the area has as well. Arlington has not done well in its smart growth strategy. Neighborhoods' character have been eroded by eager developers seeing quick profits by building low quality homes. If I was moving today, I would not move back in to this neighborhood."
