"Walking distance to parks, metro, blossoming Ballston entertainment, Kettler Iceplex and much more. It's great for families, singles, etc. It's truly an ideal location for all types of interests. Ideal commuter location close to 50, 66 and 395!"

"The schools are being renovated so capacity isn't a problem. School system is marking young vibrant teachers out of college. The homes can't ever be leveled as this is a historic community. You can add an addition within zoning rules. Traffic is immense through here but so is access to anyplace by public transport. We kick back in the back yard while others still commute home. I have replaced everything in this house, studied it and can pass on much knowledge about the home, taxes, HVAC, plumbing, electric, landscaping et cetera. Some rental homes on this street but more than half are families with young children. I very educated professional demographic. "
