Worst school i have ever sent my kids too. They want your kid to take being bullied and will suspend your kid if they stand up for themselves

My daughter attended this school for kindergarten and first grade. In both cases she had excellent teachers who had to manage a lot more students than they should. Regardless, both teachers excelled and provided my student with the extra attention and support she needed. My kiddo is an anxious one, and a quick text or email to the teacher always resulted in the extra attention (sometimes she just needs a hug!) she needed to feel safe, loved, and ready to learn.Academically, my student received everything she needed! Speech therapy, star reading class, and probably one other specialty program I'm not recalling. Would I like more special attention for my student? Yes, but what she received was enough to improve all of her test scores and keep her at grade level despite her unusually stressful home circumstances. Really can't say enough good things about every teacher and faculty member we interacted with here. Big shout outs to Thorne and Gonzalez, both of whom are excellent teachers.

So far very impressed in the 2 years with West Point

I was in the cafeteria and I had school lunch and I ate a nail. I felt sick for a few days and I will never eat school food again and the lunch lady's are so so so mean they shout at us for getting up if I could give it 0 stars I would and the teachers are also very mean but that's for another time

My two daughters have loved every minute of their education at this school. While my oldest was struggling in her early years at another school, as soon as she started at Lakeside, it was a complete turn around. Excelling in all subject and even EXCITED to go to svhool and do her work. The teachers and staff are incredible and keep me well informed on all things happening!
