"The neighbirhood has its issues, but, the lower price tag makes up for them. The biggest issue, really, is the corrupt water company, Inline Utilities, who not only greatly overcharging the residents for their water usage, but use different methods for calculating usage within the very same neighborhood. Expect to pay close to $200 a month for a family of 2 or more just for water usage. If you take that into account, it would almost be worth it to pay a little more for rent/mortgage to live in a better neighborhood with a utility company that isn't crooked."

"I have lived her for 14 years and for the most part it's pretty quiet. I know the neighbors that have been here the same length of time that live on the end of my street and we look out for one another."
