"Pearsall Park is close and they have a huge, great dog park. We have only been once, but there were separate areas for big and little dogs and TONS of room for them to run. It was very busy when we went, but the dogs and their people were nice."

"Jr High & High School below standards. Elementary is ok, but not advanced. Alot of neighbors let their yards go as much as possible, but once everyone starts to mow their yard, the neighborhoods look great. There is mostly older people above 50 who has children who moved on in most areas. However, everyone keeps to themselves."

"Beautiful at nite. Use to live in this area. The scene around is gorgeous. Quiet. The stars at nite are amazing. It would be nice to see a church come out of this place because they are building homes not to far from here.families are always trying to find a home church not to far away from where they live. I may just make a stop in,I never had the first time. "

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMr. Garay is the greatest teacher I have, ever met, he changes the entire atmosphere and creates an environment of excellency. I moved here from Utah and did not know what to expect especially with the area i moved into, but this man has been a help mate in changing my family. It was devasting for my children to have to relocate from another state dealing with many extreme circumstances, and the wonderful office staff, counselors, and teachers have been a blessing beyond measure. OVERALL MR.GARAY is the real MVT He has reinstilled trust, security, and empowered my child and made our lives better. Thank you Mr. Garay!Other Review7y ago - Five Palms Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible. They do not care about parent concerns and they will threaten you if you try to make a complaint. We have lived in this area our entire lives and now we are moving to Northside ISD just to get out of this terrible district. The whole district is corrupt.Parent Review6y ago - Crossroads Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHonestly this school is great for younger children, no question in safety. However, both my husband and I strongly support education and this school lacks it. Most/All teachers that teach are family/friend related and could careless about proper education. Very few have a formal education, and education is not a priority...The high school is all grades combined taught by a... GYM teacher, that's right a GYM TEACHER (isn't exactly the sharpest tool). I left on good terms, do not wish ill of them HOWEVER DO NOT PAY $300+ a month for a school that does not teach or the bare minimum. Also, we went to the principle with our concerns early on and he just denied it and made us feel like we were in the wrong!!!! Again, if you want your child to be homemaker for the rest of their life by all means go ahead.Parent Review10y ago
