"Great place to live and to raise your kids. I’ve lived her for over 15 years. Love the area close to the tollway shopping is nearby. Really quite neighborhood. "

"Sidewalks, parks and ponds make Waterview a great walking neighborhood! You will always see people biking, walking their dogs and jogging. The master planned neighborhood makes it a wonderful place for active people! "

"Feels like a safe area. People keep their houses up and are friendly. Stays pretty quiet! Close enough to big stores to make a run if needed."

"I've lived here for 7 years now. Tollway loop just extended into Rowlett area. DART train west into Dallas etc has just opened. Excellent access to I-30 for commute. 20 minutes to downtown Dallas."

"Great family area with GISD choice of school available. Great advantage for young families. Wonderful activities at the recreation center for children on special holidays. Water park is also an exciting place for children to play."

The front office is so rude. My husband has noticed it also. Their communication skills are lacking (to put it VERY politely) although it is a huge part of their jobs. I understand they must deal with quite a few "Karen" moms, but you'd think they'd have more decency to not treat all of us the same. I shouldn't have to dread going to my child's school or calling the front office because I have to deal with them. My child's Kindergarten teacher was the sweetest and we both ADORED her. The teachers seem to be great, but overall administration just puts a sour taste in my mouth.
