"The neighborhood is directly across the street from Old Settler's Park, which is fantastic for families and people who like to be outdoors. Having a 500 acre park walking distance from your house is great. The neighborhood has two swimming pools, including a 25 yard lap pool. It has a work out room too. There are two smaller neighborhood parks. You can see a lot of pride in the upkeep of the homes. Neighborhood is friendly, multicultural with families, singles and older retired folks. Low hoa too compared to other similar neighborhoods. Fantastic new elementary school is about to open too. It's also cool to see Dell Diamond fireworks in the distance on Friday nights. A very desirable neighborhood that will appreciate in value especially being next to a park that is bigger than the one in downtown Austin."
