    "Established neighborhood with low turnover. Well maintained, but low HOA fees. Plenty of activities for children : 4th of July parade, Easter egg hunt, chili cook off on land near brushy creek with games for kids. Christmas party at nearby gold course club area."

It is also a great area for anyone who is looking for a good location with options for enjoying Round Rock and the surrounding areas. It is a long commute to downtown, but with many employers in the immediate area, the commute can be limited."
