    "This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. People care about their neighbors and watch out for one another's homes. I often see my neighbors out running, walking dogs, playing with their kids, or doing yard work. I also love that our home backs up to Williamson County Park. I see deer every day."

    "I live here. The area is conveniently located to shopping and highways. Mayfield Ranch Homeowner's Association takes great care of the common grounds. There are always beautiful flowers growing at the entrance and the trees and bushes throughout the common areas are always well taken care of. The owner's in the neighborhood take pride in their homes and yards."

    "Octavia Lane has the friendliest neighbors I have ever met/had. Everyone knows each other and every summer we have a block party. The schools are Exemplary and we're close to many malls, shopping and major highways, yet tucked away safely."
