    "I live in the area, it is a country setting just minutes from town. the schools are excellent and the sapce is wonderful. it is outside of city limits hence the lower taxes. only a few things I do not like one is there are no sidewalks and very few street lights ( but that lends to the country environmnent) second is that kids cannot ride bikes to school or walk to school because the adjacent roads are not safe for bikes or walkers, adults or children...however the walking trail along brushy creek is lovely to walk , but still not easy for kids to get to unless they are escorted across Hairy Man Road or driven to the parking lot at Olson Meadow Park"

    "Tucked in between Round Rock, Austin and Cedar Park. 200 homes on acreage lots. Country living, no city taxes but shopping and restaurants just minutes away by car. Adjacent to Brushy Creek Regional Trail system. Choose from both Round Rock or Leander schools. "
