"This neighborhood is NOT a place that I would want to live in. High crime! I'm moving and selling my home because the HOA here is crooked as can be. The neighbors are not friendly and it is definitely NOT a place to have children. People here are not nice at ALL. Be very careful if you have any contact with the HOA. The HOA IS VERY CROOKED AND MEAN! CRIME IS AWFUL HERE. I'M SELLING AND LEAVING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!!!"
