People do not move frequently so you do not have to be concerned constantly of who you lives around you. People live at the same house 30 to 40 years, raised their own kids and never leave. Very quiet and very safe"

    "Quiet, safe neighborhood, great people, great schools. You can walk to the elementary and high schools, to the grocery and a bunch of shops and restaurants but the neighborhood does not get the traffic. Close to highways with DFW airport just 20-25mins drive."
