Honest Review After One YearMy children attended this school for three years. Unfortunately, we eventually had a serious issue with the principal, and I made the difficult decision to move my children to a different school.At the time, I knew we were unhappy, but I did not fully understand the academic impact until after they transferred. Once they started at their new school, it became very clear to us that they had not learned nearly as much as they should have during those three years. They were significantly behind in areas where we expected them to be much stronger.I am writing this review approximately 365 days after leaving the school. I honestly should have written it last year, but I deliberately waited because I wanted to give my children enough time at their new school and make sure my concerns were based on facts and their actual progress—not just emotions from our experience with the principal.After a full year at a different school, I can confidently say that moving my children was the right decision. The difference in their education, progress, and overall experience has been very noticeable.I am sharing this review now because I believe parents deserve to know what happened to our family before making such an important decision about their children’s education.

Very unprofessional in the last year or 2. Unorganized and shows favoritism to students who receives benefits. Will never recommend this school to any parent or student.

My child was in this school for 4 years. I used to think great things about this school until we pulled him out. He is now thriving at his new school & the teachers are much more understanding. They do projects & take trips unlike at Wilchester. I would not recommend this school. There are much better options in spring branch.

Yorkshire Academy is by far the best school we have experienced, not only from a parent point of view but also our kids as well. Our girls love Yorkshire. The staff and faculty are amazing. The school provides a challenging curriculum to ensure the kids are more than ready for their next stage of their education. In addition, the school does an amazing job establishing an environment that is not only conducive to learning but promotes social growth as well. We love Yorkshire Academy.
