"There aren't any neighborhood events. Traffic is horrible over here due to construction on I-30 over the lake in both directions."

"Access to public transportation, no parks, sidewalks are not completed so you have to walk in the grass or street, worse dog park if you can find it. One way in one way out of the neighborhood hate it win it is rush hour. Bonus Lake Ray Hubbard within walking distance, good fishing. "

"I travel 45 minutes to work. There are no close stores around. Only nice thing in the area is the Lake. We are right by it. "
