"Sunset Heights has a lot of charm, but great deals can still be had on older houses that need some work. There are lots of professional couples in the neighborhood and many retirees. The place is very friendly and has a strong community spirit. It's perfectly safe, and within easy walking distance of UTEP, major hospitals, and downtown. It's also very close to the I-10, the major freeway running through town, though most places don't get any noise or appreciable traffic from the freeway. Pretty close to an ideal neighborhood, though I've heard the schools are better elsewhere."
