"It's a very nice neighborhood. Most of the people here own there homes, so you don't have alot of newcomer's. Very close to a shopping strip. Very convenient."

"Friendly neighbors with a park down the street and the Greenberg Creek. There’s a Central Market coming to the area in Bishop Arts and I love the updates shops coming to the Wynnewood shopping center. Not to mention the new overpass park the city is going to make! "

"Neighbors are very nice and I feel safe living here streets are not so crowded and my kids can play outside I can walk the dogs and feel safe all the time "

"I love this area! Having grown up in North Dallas, I feel as if I've moved to a whole new city! There is so much to do, so many street festivals, fun restaurants/ bars, theaters etc. It is a very bike friendly area, and I couldn't feel safer. "

My kindergartener attends Henderson. We love the small class size (13 kids in his class!) and his teacher, Ms. A! He does qualify for special needs, so gets services at school. As I’m sure with any school, that does take some work to go through and you have to be willing to advocate for your child. I would like to see more engagement from school leadership, and parent opportunities (though I’m sure some of the reason that has been lacking is because of covid).
