"This neighborhood has a wonderful blend of people of all ages, professions, including TAMU students. The homes are also a mix, mostly individually built over 60-75 years ago with interesting history. Many locals are unaware of our few blocks as the original design included no thru streets. A true sanctuary just a few blocks from all the amenities of a major University. "
