6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is the best! We moved from Colorado in October and have had nothing but positive contact with the school. Mrs. Edwards is wonderful. The school is run much better than where we came from.Parent Review10y ago10 Reviews - Mound Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have been pleasantly surprised at how well this school performs. Having moved from a newer area to this school zone, which is in an older area of town, I was afraid my kids wouldn't receive a great experience/education. (It would be nice to have a big, shiny newer school like Frazier or Hajek). BUT, Mound has definitely surpassed what I want from a school. Each of my children excel/excelled here.Parent Review8y ago4 Reviews - Judy Hajek Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWow! What an incredible school. My son is in Kindergarten here and every single person we've encountered - from teachers, to counselors, to the nurse the principal, the front office, and education aides - has been truly committed to supporting the children. The older children smile and wave when they walk past the grown ups. It is a magical place, both in terms of the physical space and the overall vibe. They really are living their values and the kids here are fortunate to learn and grow in an environment that appreciates SEL as much as academic progress (and understands they are two sides of the same coin). We couldn't be happier or more grateful about our decision to send our son here.Parent Review4mo ago12 Reviews - Bess Race Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have been a substitute teacher since last October, and this is the worst school I have been to. The environment is not good for students or teachers. The classrooms are chaotic, and there is no support from the administration. I do not recommend this school.Teacher Review1y ago11 Reviews - Deer Creek Elementary School
