This school is great for preparing the children for the real world, but I don't think they spend enough time on their studies. Some may disagree but education is just as important in the real world, and the children need to spend equal time on their studies due to time issues in schools children should be given more homework

Avoca Elementary is a wonderful school with excellent teachers and wonderful administrators. I've sent three children to this school and all three have enjoyed their experiences here. I couldn't ask for a better school to educate my children!

My son has gone to Haynesfield for Kindergarten and started in first grade. We are moving out of state and hate to leave this school!!! It has been wonderful!!! 70% of the students are tuition students from out of the city zone. That alone says how much parents WANT their kids to go to this school. It is a conscious choice not one of geography. The teacher's, special are teachers and admin staff all genuinely care for each student. My only complaint is that we have to leave!!
