I couldn’t be happier with the experience my daughter has had at this school. From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The teachers go above and beyond to make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful — they really take the time to understand each child’s strengths and needs.The communication between teachers and parents is outstanding, and I always feel informed about what’s happening in the classroom. The principal and administration are visible, approachable, and clearly invested in creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for all students.My daughter has grown so much academically and socially since starting here. She actually loves going to school every day, which says a lot! I truly feel confident knowing she’s in a place that nurtures both her mind and her character.If you’re looking for a school that balances strong academics with kindness, creativity, and community — this is the place.

I used to be a student at this school, All the teachers are really nice except for the art teacher (in my opinion) , they teach students very well in my opinion and they try their best to help students understand better, some of the students decide not to behave but, the teachers and principals do handle it well.

I attended here from Grade 2 to 7. This is not a school, it's a Republican Boot Camp. They don't care about teaching kids, they care about making voters for the Republican Party. The education I was given here was lackluster at best, filled with disinformation and Right-Wing propaganda. The teachers are not concerned with actually teaching your children, but indoctrinating them into a political party. Bullying was rampant; the faculty explicitly favors kids from families that donate to the church which runs the school.DO NOT make the same mistake my mother did and assume a Private School automatically means a better education. This place is for rich Republicans and nobody else; and they will make your child's life miserable if you aren't.

This school can’t even take stuff into consideration. They let a student bring food that a teacher is allergic to get away with it because she started crying. The vice principal is very not fit for this job because she rather not make the girl be held accountable for her actions. In fact, this same girl bullied multiple people and did many disgusting things in the past. Minor or not, they should still be held accountable. They intentionally ignore students with mental disorders or disabilities. They don’t have a special education for kids who need it and instead combine them with kids who are normal. East point academy you rather sit there and try to defend a child who cried but ask yourself, if it wasn’t her then why was crying? Then explain why she’s innocent.

We have had a great time watching our kids grow at Riverbank Elementary since 4K - our oldest just finished 5th grade and is moving on to middle school. Our daughter is starting 3rd grade. Both were welcomed into the Launch program. The teachers have been so attentive, guidance is AMAZING. They've had several opportunities to be involved with their community through Riverbank - Community Math Nights, Drum Club, Chorus, District Fine Arts performances, Run Hard run team, Beyond Goals soccer team. My son loved finally becoming old enough to take on 5th Grade STAR Jobs - learning buddy, library helper, Morning News Anchor, Safety Patrol, etc. Their immersion program is flourishing - so neat to see children that age embrace bilingualism. Riverbank has an active PTO that recently funded gaga ball pits, new headphones for computer labs, lego sets, extra art materials, new PE and recess equipment. We love being at Riverbank and appreciate the extra resources/staffing that federal funding provides. #WeAreLex2
