"The police department is terrible. The roads are full of pot holes. The traffic is out of control. It’s so bad a person would die before help got to that person. But, it’s CHEAP here "

"Chapin is a very quiet community but there’s not much within walking distance anywhere. If your looking for the feel of the country within a decent commute to the city this is a great area with good schools. "
