    "My Wife and I, along with our two ever-growing rugrats, thoroughly enjoyed our time on Lucerne. Right after we moved, Spartanburg County/City put LARGE speed bumps down, to slow traffic. Excellent idea, as the only time I EVER parked my 2 year old Honda Civic by the front door so no one got too wet, we heard a crash. My wife was on the other side of the brick wall that my car was parked against, sitting in a couch, and behind a bay window. A Toyota Truck slammed into my Civic, which totaled it (over 12,000) damage. But i would like to say, "thank you Honda for making a car withstand the force that would surely have ended the life of my young wife, and possibly my son and daughter. As for the A$$hole that hit us, he ran before i could get the plate. Last thing, be sure to introduce yourselves to neighbors Troy & Elizabeth in 561 Lucerne. Ive lived all across the US, and have NEVER met any one, much less two, people so dedicated to helping, understanding, and just being all around perfect neighbors. thanks, Michael J Lucas 864-347-5922"
