My experience with the school is that my child atten|ds here and he is supposed to attend elsewhere but because of the school districts so-called policies which he should not be subject to this because of his status special needs he has to attend the school myself as a parent I don't like the school my child doesn't like the school and he acts out at home now because he's forced to attend a school they doesn't like so with that being said some of the negative reviews that I see here I must validate that they have some validity. I call the school and have concerns and there's always I will get back with you or someone will call you back and they never call me back today I call and I was put on whole and the phone keep hanging up leadership here in the school district superintendents don't care about this Rock Hill district district 3 so there's people and places that probably should step down or be placed in a position that doesn't require real leadership ! To whom this may concern which it may not concern anyone which would be the as usual and the ratings on the school that says they're a 5 out of 10 school that is inaccurate maybe 2 out of 10 OVERALL RATING ! Saying that the school has excellent education for all schools may not be true !

My child attended Ebinport Elementary for many years and recently graduated. One teacher and two staff members constantly harassed him. Having ADHD, he was singled out constantly, two teachers constantly belittled him and it’s because of his treatment here that he’s in therapy. I filed many complaints only to have them ignored even by the school superintendent. After going over their heads, I started to get results after six months of emails. If you have a child with ADHD please get your child an advocate because this school does not follow federal government guidelines. He did not feel nor was he safe here enduring many “accidents” which were chalked up to “kids will be kids.” This school use to be wonderful and can be again with a change of administration, teachers and staff. I hope no child will ever have to suffer the way mine did.

Rock Hill School district has great schools!

The PTA is amazing. Lots of great events and a very welcoming staff. They have done many renovations to modernize this older building. There are also lots of support staff for students who need extra help.

We absolutely love this school! They have such a strong sense of community and the most supportive teachers and administration who truly care. Our daughter is thriving and loving the many opportunities the school offers with electives, academics, extra curriculars, and athletics. The class sizes are ideal and the diversity of the teachers and students is much more reflective of the community than other school we have looked at. With high academic standards, WCCS still makes learning fun while also focusing on positive character development driven by a Christ-centered, morally sound world view.
