5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat experience with my child at this school while on an IEP. Staff was dedicated to finding resources to invest academic success. I really like the fact that the staff is flexible. Highly recommended.Parent Review3y ago4 Reviews - Hunley Park Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTrying to get my kids in this school has been a head ache. Not only because of my husband transfer but because of the admin by the name of Teresa. She is very rude. She told me that they were not accepting but i fpund out they were. And sinxe i went over her head she has been giving me her nasty energy ever since. My kids have attended Hunley Park for a little less than 2 months and my daughter has been in a fight and been ganged at the school. And her teacher did not call me to inform me about either incidents. I went to the school to talk to the principle and Teresa says they are busy and I could have a seat because it will be a while and another parent is waiting for him as well. She said she will let him know about me as well. So went to go sit down and the principal finally comes in and said hello to the other parent and proceeded to walk with the parent in a conference room. I sat and waited for Teresa to let him know there was another parent but she didnt. He finished up with the other parent and she still didn't get up to tell him anything. She just sat at the desk and played busy. If you are not able to multi task then your in the wrong profession. I spoke with the principal or assistant principal and he was good addressing my concerns. But having rude administration and teachers who think it is not important to call about an incident is not okay.Parent Review9y ago2 Reviews - Lambs Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you’re looking for a school where your child will constantly be distracted by other students with behavioral issues and are spending more time throughout the day stopping to deal with the outbursts then are learning this is your place! It’s actually extremely sad. There are a lot of teachers that I’m sure actually care about the children but this school is a disaster. Charleston County School districts progressive disciplinary plan is a joke. Children kick other children and get away with ridiculous behavior and nothing is done. At what point do behavioral children ( with an IEP or not ) hinder the learning of every other child. This entire district is a joke and they need to start being held accountable.Military families beware. If you have the option to send elsewhere I would highly recommend it.Parent Review2y ago14 Reviews - Midland Park Primary

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved from out of state where the previous school we were at, my son was being bullied. This made us all apprehensive to starting a new school..However, I couldn't say MORE POSITIVE things a out Drayton Hall! My kids love it, the teachers are amazing about communicating and I love the community! I feel safe knowing there's an officer and he greets the families every morning!Parent Review7mo ago10 Reviews
