"Great location close to downtown, vista, five points, without the higher cost of living. Plenty of shopping nearby and access to I-77. Area is less congested than NE Columbia and Harbison and much closer in. Best kept secret in Columbia. Also zoned for AC Flora Schools in Richland District One"
