    "Convenient being close to everything but outside of the thick of it. I’ve lived here for 10 years and I love it. A very livable place but lacking a solid school district. The elementary school is great but that’s about as far as it gets."

    "Trying to be the next up and coming spot , so close to the city. We have a new paleteria and a Caribbean Restaurant named Musa. Our local IGA is family owned and operated. Very walkable town if you don’t mind the extra exercise on the hills, "

Beechview is definitely the best up and coming neighborhood near Pittsburgh that is still affordable. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I love it here! "
