"Suburban vibe in Philly, quieter than Fax Chase or Mayfair, car heavy with a few useful bus routes. Mostly quiet. "

"Dog owners would like that most of the neighbors have dogs, but wouldn’t like that most don’t clean up after their dogs and the dogs are sometimes off their leashes."

"Halloween trick treat takes place. Houses are light up for the winter holidays. Has a good mix of young and old. Also, it appears to be pretty diverse with people from different cultures. People generally appear friendly. Many shops close by. Also buses are also available. "

"I've lived here for 18 years. My street is quiet and neighbors are friendly, helpful. over the years, street parking is getting limited. Stores are within walking distance and also has several bus routes. However in recent years there have been more car theft and robbery incidents. "

"We live in this neighborhood for over 5 yrs before we move. We live up the street from apartments on large st. I take the bus to work 5 days a week . have to walk past the apartments. always feel uncomfortable walking on that street . Well I was right. One Day I saw a Needles on the sidewalk. Making me feel unsafe for me and our children. Time to move before it get worse. "

"Great place to grow up Has changed over the years and I am getting ready to move. Things aren’t the same anymore. People are moving out and the blocks are getting bad. Houses are going up for rent and they are renting to anyone. Just not the same as 15 years ago when I was a kid. "

"Friendly dog owners Dogs seem happy. But no one socializing dogs anytime which seems upsetting. Maybe a dog park is in order. "

"I just graduated college and I’m staying with my parents. This neighborhood is better for family types. However, the 59 is close by giving me access to other parts of the city. "

"Well as far as my street, there are kids that play together all age differences. my block is technically a 1way ,but cars seem think its a 2way street. this neighborhood used to be good, but now its becoming a typical "hood area" anymore. I want to & am getting out of here asap.!!!! The school's are alright, the principal calls it the "united nation" many different cultures around here. "
