8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is an exemplary small town elementary school. School spirit is high, academics are strong, class sizes are relatively small for public school, teachers are passionate and the students are engaged. The annual school play is unparalleled! Local youth sports are excellent.Parent Review3y ago3 Reviews - Madrone Trail Public Charter School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter went to this school. The bullying was off the charts. The parents were fighting. The school was trying to fire the Director. There were teachers who were trying to set up the director to get him fired. One day we got to school and there were news reporters everywhere. My daughter was jumped by two boys. One held her down while the other punched her repeatedly. Parents tried to get together to help the school with bullying. The school threatened the parents, for fear of sharing on social media, that the truth of the school would get out, when the parents were just trying to help. We pulled our daughter out of this school. She still has friends here and they say the school is just as imbalanced as ever. Never once were her academics discussed. It was a lot of drama beginning at the executive level. If you truly care about your kids experience and education, I would highly recommend looking at different schools.Parent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Rogue Valley Adventist School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had students at Rogue Valley Adventist Academy over the last 12 years, and we can truly say the current administration and team of teachers are creating an atmosphere where students can thrive. Our daughter's science teacher has helped nurture a love of learning in her and encouraged her to reach for her potential. Her art teacher is excited to share all the different types of art, including stained glass, creating pottery with a wheel, spray art, sketching, painting, wood burning, and so much more. Our daughter wants to stay after school and show up on weekends to work on art projects. The sports coaches have been a huge influence in our daughter's life, showing what Christian sportsmanship and leadership is all about. Math, English, Bible, geography, bells, and technology are also classes where our daughter is thriving. Serving with her friends at two food banks this year gave her and the other students a chance to interact with the local public and see the coordination necessary to run a ministry. The friendships made here, we hope, will last a lifetime. We are grateful to the RVAA team that is helping our daughter and her fellow students become Godly leaders in our community and the world.Parent Review1mo ago16 Reviews
