"Great neighborhood. City is building new downtown after the fires and it seems to be higher end businesses. "
  • Kathleen.mateas
"This is a family friendly area. Neighbors are friendly, yards are nice, and people care. We enjoy living here. "
  • Kathleen.mateas
"Phoenix has easy freeway access. Traffic is never bad. Drivers are friendly. I work elsewhere and commute 15-20 mins daily. "
  • Sarah C.
"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 2 years and it’s pretty quiet. Neighbors are friendly, but for the most part, everyone keeps to themselves. "
  • Sgodsby
"Lots of friendly quiet dogs. Nice streets for walking and lots of shade. Most streets don’t have sidewalks."
  • Anna R.
"lots of scary druggies. I won't even leave the house without my husband they're very rude and will follow you I've had to call the police several times "
  • Dawn P.
"Relative just purchased within this park. The only down side I could find was that trash is a central pick-up rather than having trash pick-up at each home site. Kind of inconvenient, but part of the reason the park looks so clean! Over-all, a lovely place!"
  • Alonofrei
"Very well positioned view home with gorgeous 180 degree "Aussicht." Street access makes home look small, once inside this two story single family home opens up to 10 rooms, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with the possibility of building out the basement as well. There are two heat pumps, one for each floor/story. Composition roof with combination siding materials. The garage is an oversized single garage. Off street parking available as well. "

"Wonderful micro climate area of warm, dry temperatures in the summer and mild winters. Valley has little snow, but surrounded by mountains and forests with snow for beauty and recreation. Cities and towns afford every shopping and health convenience without the traffic nightmares of large metro areas."
