Tanasbourne

My child is in the 4/5 ISC room, special education. It’s such a disappointment. The teacher hired for this room has not taught full time in 8 years and it shows. She is very difficult to work with (assuming imposter syndrome going on here) and uses a very hard-core behavior based curriculum. She took my child’s comfort object ( a little toy) and made them “work for it” to get it back. My child has become sad to go to school when they used to love it. She’s not open to feedback and actively works against our family Extremely sad after 2 great years in the 2/3rd grade room. She’s straight up unfriendly, unprofessional, under qualified, and uncooperative.

My daughter was touched inappropriately by a boy in her class, the school gaslighted me about how they would handle things. Come to find out not all teachers are on board with keeping him away from her, and after messaging multiple parties at the school I have gotten no response.
