    "It’s kid friendly and I feel very safe as a female who runs by myself in and around these surrounding neighborhoods. Everyone seems to maintain their yards, wave as you walk by and thus far I’ve had a positive experience living on this side of town. In my neighborhood kids are always playing together and all the parents seem to do potluck Sunday’s etc. "

    "Found on the southern edge of Bend, the area gives easy access to shopping and downtown activities yet one can easily get out to a myriad of outdoor activities as well. Lot's of golf, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing. Almost all of Bend nightlife is within 15 minutes. Very friendly people. "
