    "I’ve lived here for about 5 years. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we don’t really see our neighbors very much and when we do they are always very friendly. The landscape is well maintained also, and looks very nice. A peaceful neighborhood for a walk."

    "We live here and it an excellent place to live in midtown! Out the back door is LaFortune Park, the Tennis Courts, the Golf Course the new Library and Community Center. During the summer there are free Friday night concerts. The Thornton YMCA is about 3 blocks away. There are bus stops in a variety of nearby locations within walking distance. "
