    "We live on Russell and the dead end. I love our little block. All neighbors are wonderful we have fun getting together and we all play outside on the block with kids during summer. We also have a manual block party we all put together last year. Other than our block I don’t think these kind of things happen anymore but there is still good here. "

    "No sidewalks to walk on. Narrow streets. When cars are parked on the street you have to zig zag around them. People speed through the neighborhood and often do not stop at the stop sign. "
